Rush and Kathryn started Two if By Tea to understand first-hand the challenges faced by American small business owners. They wanted to manufacture an American-made product while creating jobs. They love iced tea and thought a patriotic beverage would be ideal! After taste-testing to find the perfect tea, they selected the name Two if By Tea in honor of a great American patriot, Paul Revere. Twelve-bottle cases are delivered directly to doorsteps nationwide to maintain a personal connection with the extended Two If By Tea family. Thanks to you all, Two If By Tea has donated over $3 Million to the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation and other fine charities to date. An iconic photo of Iwo Jima can be found on every bottle.

Proud supporters of the Unites States Military & sponsors of these tremendous organizations:

A few years ago, Rush and Kathryn Adams Limbaugh noticed a void of patriotic American history in today’s school system. Fans and friends had been asking Rush to pick up the pen again for years, including acclaimed author and Rush’s friend, the late Vince Flynn. Kathryn suggested Rush write a book that would teach American history in an engaging way for kids. This lit a fire under Rush, and in 2013, Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims was released.

The mission of the series is to engage young readers by taking them back through time travel to witness exceptional events and meet incredible people in American history. We hear from children all over the world who have a newfound love of reading and history! Currently there are five books in the series, available at retailers nationwide. Rush Limbaugh is a pioneer of A.M. radio, having established a unique talk show format that has been imitated but never replicated. For the last twenty-eight years, The Rush Limbaugh Show has been the highest-rated and most-listened-to radio talk show in America. Every week, over twenty-million listeners tune in to hear his inimitable blend of political commentary and humor. Fiercely independent, he has courageously fought against societal ills with a form of satire that has its roots in the earliest political commentaries of the United States.

Among his many awards and honors, he has won five Marconi Awards for “Syndicated Radio Personality of the Year.” He has also been inducted into the Hall of Famous Missourians, the National Radio Hall of Fame, and the National Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame. He was also listed by Forbes Magazine as one of the most powerful celebrities in 2016 and 2015.

Along with his first love – radio, Rush has authored six #1 New York Times bestselling books, including most recently the Adventures of Rush Revere series. This unique series, written for 8-12 year olds, transports readers back in time to experience American history.

Although not widely publicized or written about in the media, Rush is one of the most generous celebrities of all time. Often done under the radar, Rush donates hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to support a variety of causes close to his heart and personally helps people through their toughest periods in life. Every year he holds a radio Cure-A-Thon for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, which raises millions of dollars for vital cancer research. Rush is a proud supporter of the United States Military and their families, and sits on the board of the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation.

Kathryn Adams Limbaugh has led a very unique life from a young age. She has always been committed to improving the lives of others. She is a naturally effective leader who constantly seeks the most intelligent efficient systems, never settling for status quo.

Born in Massachusetts, Kathryn is a Mayflower Descendant and relative of John and John Quincy Adams. Originally due to her parents careers, her father a prestigious Naval Academy graduate and top executive, her mother a journalist and United States Diplomat, she has lived and worked in over forty countries on five continents.

At only 15 years old, Kathryn taught English in a tiny country in West Africa known as Guinea-Bissau. Always interested in learning and medicine, she translated for American doctors on Medevac missions to remote villages overseas, and interviewed families all over the world to better understand their cultures and needs.

Kathryn has received numerous accolades and recognitions for her leadership and achievements in the community. She was the youngest ever to manage medical evacuations of American diplomats from the central hub in London and was the only representative nominated by her high school to serve as a pre-med intern observing firsthand advanced brain surgeries in the operating room at top UK hospitals.

Her experiences around the world working with people enduring true hardship only cemented her pride in America and the generous spirits of Americans. Returning to the United States, Kathryn pursued a career in major productions and community relations, knowing sports is one of the most common unifying languages. She was a part of the team behind three Super Bowls, and led international championships like the Nelson Mandela Invitational in South Africa and Big Three Invitational in Europe.

Kathryn was eager to create American jobs and to manufacture in the United States. After the success of Two If By Tea, she knew there was more to be done and created the concept of the Rush Revere series to allow Rush’s show audience to connect with a younger demographic through accurate fun American history travels. Instead of just memorizing facts, she wanted young readers to engage with their grandparents and be able to ‘meet’ key figures like George Washington and Ben Franklin.

Her focus is continually on creating one-on-one relationships with the extended Rush Revere family.

Editing time!

Kathryn edits the first galley of a Rush Revere masterpiece. It is a very involved process to write a book from scratch. There are endless edits, rewrites, and rereads to get the chapters to a point where they are considered done.
